Dr. Hause's recipe

4 Medium zucchini
1/2 or 1 large sweet onion
Garlic Salt
Black pepper
4 medium sized tomatoes, peeled and seeded
30 to 40 fresh basil leaves
1 t salt
1/2 t fennel seeds
1 t oregano leaves
2 to 3 garlic cloves
1 t Happy Dog
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan (the good stuff)

Cook onions and zucchini in olive or canola oil until starting to become soft. Dust with garlic salt and black pepper. Blend tomatoes and spices in blender until smooth. Add to zucchini and onion and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Just before serving, add the Parmesan cheese.
